Our training process.

We understand that statistically, the main culprit that hinders loss prevention efforts is employee theft. We also understand that the time that most employee theft takes place is either before or after normal business hours. Guess what? That's also the time when most cleaning companies perform the majority of their duties.

Part of the training that our employees undergo prior to taking a position in the field with our team is focused strictly on loss prevention and how to report suspicious activity. Some of the areas of focus in our training program include:

• Employees frequently re-entering prior or post business hours
• Employees arriving or departing at irregular times
• Loitering in parking lots
• Loitering in indoor shopping centers/malls
• Abnormal activities
• Garbage inspection
